Guest access
The building offers a range of amenities, including a state-of-the-art gym, swimming pool, and secure parking.

– Check-out time is before 11 AM.
– Passport copies of all the guests staying in the apartment are required to have a security access pass to the building.
– An access card will be provided on arrival by our representative.
– When checking out, please remember to leave your access card and keys on the dining table.
– Lost access card is 500 AED each

Please note that garbage must be disposed in the garbage room & not left outside the unit. The fine for garbage placed outside the unit is AED500.
