– Check-in is from 3 PM onwards.
– Check-out time is before 11 AM.
– Passport copies of all the guests staying in the apartment are required to have a security access pass to the building.
– An access card will be provided on arrival by our representative.
– When checking out, please remember to leave your access card and keys on the dining table.
– Lost access card is 500 AED each.

The apartment’s prime location means you’re close to all the action whether it’s enjoying the JBR nightlife, exploring Palm Jumeirah, or shopping at nearby stores. Supermarkets, restaurants, and shops are all within walking distance, making this the perfect base for your Dubai adventure.
Kindly let us know in advance if you plan to check in after 10 PM. We would appreciate at least an hour’s notice to ensure we can assist you smoothly with your check-in.

Please note that garbage must be disposed in the garbage room & not left outside the unit. The fine for garbage placed outside the unit is AED500.
