Enjoy full access to the apartment’s amenities, including a chic living room, a large balcony for relaxing or entertaining, and a range of upscale facilities.
– Check-in is from 3 PM onwards.
– Check-out time is before 11 AM.
– Passport copies of all the guests staying in the apartment are required to have a security access pass to the building.
– An access card will be provided on arrival by our representative.
– When checking out, please remember to leave your access card and keys on the dining table.
– Lost access card is 500 AED each.

Please note that garbage must be disposed in the garbage room & not left outside the unit. The fine for garbage placed outside the unit is AED500.
